Strong organisational skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to monitor diverse vocational portfolios and manage multiple responsibilities within a busy school environment.

The school is looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to bring real-world care principles into the classroom environment while working as part of a collaborative faculty. Good IT skills and confidence using data-tracking software are important, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Previous teaching or relevant vocational instructional experience in Health & Social Care (BTEC, Cambridge National, or equivalent frameworks)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
