Strong organisational skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to monitor diverse vocational portfolios and manage multiple responsibilities within a busy school environment.

Good IT skills and confidence using data-tracking software are important, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
Previous teaching or relevant vocational instructional experience in Health & Social Care (BTEC, Cambridge National, or equivalent frameworks)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good IT and data management skills
Professional, empathetic, and proactive approach to vocational tracking
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
