Music Teacher

You would be working in a vibrant and successful Performing Arts department teaching Music across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The department is exceptionally well-equipped with dedicated music suites, rehearsal spaces, recording facilities and performance venues that allow students to develop both practical and theoretical musical skills.

Students are enthusiastic about Music and benefit from a broad curriculum covering performance, composition and musical analysis. The department has a strong tradition of concerts, productions, ensembles and extracurricular activities that encourage participation and creativity.

Teachers work collaboratively to deliver engaging lessons and support students of all abilities. The department has a strong record of examination success and many students progress to further study in Music and Performing Arts-related fields.

The School provides a supportive environment where staff are encouraged to develop professionally and contribute positively to wider school life. You will benefit from excellent CPD provision, a successful ECT programme, leadership development opportunities and regular wellbeing initiatives.
