A welcoming and successful Primary School in Exeter is seeking an organised and professional School Administrator to join its support staff team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or office professional who enjoys working in a busy school environment and wants to play an important role in supporting pupils, staff and families.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across a range of school functions, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with school leaders, teachers, support staff, parents and external agencies to maintain high standards of administration and communication.
Responsibilities will include managing correspondence, maintaining pupil records, updating databases, supporting attendance administration, handling telephone and email enquiries, organising meetings and assisting with admissions processes. You will also support the preparation of school communications, reports and documentation as required.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality at all times and provide a professional service to all members of the school community.
