IT Technician
An Outstanding Ofsted School in Milton Keynes is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Technician to join its dedicated technical support team. The successful candidate will provide first-line and second-line technical support to staff and students, ensuring that all ICT systems operate effectively and efficiently. You will support a wide range of technologies including computers, laptops, interactive displays, printers, audiovisual equipment and network infrastructure.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining user accounts, supporting classroom technology, installing equipment and assisting with the rollout of new technologies across the school. You will also contribute to IT projects and support the school's ongoing digital development strategy.
