Receptionist
An Outstanding Ofsted School in Waltham Forest is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join its front office team. This is a key role within the school and provides an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly successful and supportive educational environment.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, students and external agencies. You will be responsible for providing a professional reception service while supporting the wider administration team with a range of office-based duties.
Responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, managing visitor sign-in procedures, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining records and providing general administrative support. You will also support attendance procedures and assist with the organisation of school events where required.
The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional manner and the ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment. You will need to demonstrate strong customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards at all times.
