Art Technician
A Mixed Secondary School in Hammersmith and Fulham is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Art Technician to support its thriving Art department. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a creative and inspiring environment where students are encouraged to develop their artistic talents and creative confidence.
The successful candidate will support the preparation and delivery of practical Art lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5. You will be responsible for preparing materials and equipment, maintaining stock levels, organising resources and ensuring that specialist teaching spaces remain safe, organised and fully equipped.
Responsibilities will include preparing paints, printing materials, textiles, ceramics equipment and mixed media resources. You will assist teaching staff with lesson preparation, support displays of student work and contribute to exhibitions and departmental events throughout the year.
The role requires someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and an enthusiasm for creative subjects. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
