Physics Teacher

You would be working in a successful and well-equipped Science department teaching Physics across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The department benefits from modern laboratories, excellent practical resources and strong technician support, allowing students to develop a deep understanding of both theoretical and practical Physics.

Students are highly engaged within Science and enjoy exploring topics including forces, electricity, waves, astrophysics and particle physics. Lessons are designed to develop problem-solving, analytical thinking and investigative skills, preparing students for further study and future careers in STEM fields.

The department has a strong record of excellent outcomes and staff work collaboratively to ensure students of all abilities are supported and challenged effectively. Teachers are encouraged to contribute to STEM clubs, intervention sessions and enrichment opportunities throughout the academic year.
