Design Technology Teacher

You would be working in a well-equipped and innovative Design Technology department teaching Design Technology across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The department benefits from specialist workshops, CAD facilities and modern equipment that allow students to develop creativity, technical understanding and practical skills.

Students are enthusiastic about Design Technology and enjoy designing, manufacturing and evaluating products through engaging and challenging lessons. The curriculum encourages innovation, problem-solving and independent thinking while preparing students for further education and future careers within engineering, architecture and design industries.

The department has a strong track record of excellent outcomes and provides students with opportunities to participate in competitions, STEM projects and enrichment activities. Teachers work collaboratively to ensure students of all abilities are supported and challenged effectively.
