A well-regarded secondary school in Essex is seeking a Teacher of Science to join its successful department from September 2026.

The Role

You will teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that develop scientific knowledge, practical skills, and curiosity.

You will join a collaborative team of experienced teachers who work closely together to share ideas and resources.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Degree in a Science-related subject

  • Experience teaching Science within the UK curriculum

  • Ability to teach all three sciences to KS4

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Right to work in the UK
