Examination Preparation: Guide Key Stage 4 cohorts through the rigorous demands of terminal GCSE French specifications, embedding exam-board rubrics, translation methodologies, and targeted listening strategies.
Progress Diagnostics: Run regular formative and summative assessment routines, utilising pupil tracking data to diagnose vocabulary gaps and design sharp, targeted intervention sessions.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching credential, paired with a strong honours degree in French or a modern languages discipline with a primary French specialism.
Pedagogical Capability: A proven track record or clear capacity to deliver strong progress metrics in terminal public examinations through explicit, highly engaging whole-class instruction.
Routine Implementation: The ability to execute school behaviour policies with absolute consistency, maintaining a positive, highly focused, and strictly disciplined classroom culture.
