The Role

• Monitoring and tracking student attendance

• Working with families to improve attendance outcomes

• Supporting behaviour and pastoral interventions

• Producing attendance reports and data analysis

• Liaising with external agencies where required

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Previous school, pastoral, or attendance experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Good administrative and IT skills

• Ability to work sensitively and professionally with families

• The legal right to work in the UK

Salary & Contract

• £28,000 – £34,000

• Permanent

• Full-time
