The role requires someone who is practical, highly organised, and deeply enthusiastic about Drama and Theatre Studies. Strong communication skills, excellent classroom management during active lessons, and the ability to direct and inspire young performers are essential. Requirements
QTS / ECT status (or equivalent recognized teaching qualification)
Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related performing arts discipline
Strong practical performance, directing, or technical theatre skills
Knowledge of drama curricula, exam specifications (e.g., AQA, Edexcel), and key practitioners
Creative and proactive approach to extra-curricular productions and theatre trips
