Responsibilities will include planning and delivering curriculum content across various disciplines (such as painting, drawing, printmaking, or ceramics), preparing students for external examinations, and supporting departmental enrichment activities. You will also contribute to the wider life of this thriving independent school community through co-curricular activities and pastoral care.
The role requires someone who is practical, highly organised and deeply enthusiastic about Art and Design. Strong attention to detail, a passion for contemporary art practice, and the ability to inspire high academic and creative standards are essential. Requirements
QTS / ECT status (or equivalent recognized teaching qualification eligible for the independent sector)
Degree in Fine Art, Design, or a related creative discipline
Strong practical artistic skills and knowledge of a wide range of mediums
Knowledge of art history, curricula, and examination specifications
Willingness to contribute to the co-curricular and pastoral life of an independent school
