Data Officer
An Independent Secondary School in Oxford is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Data Officer to join their experienced administration and data team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical and organisational skills to play a key role in supporting student progress, assessment and school operations.
The successful candidate will manage and maintain student data systems, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and compliant with school policies and data protection regulations. Responsibilities will include supporting assessment data collection, producing reports for senior leaders and assisting with census returns and examination data processes.
You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and senior leaders to support the effective use of data across the school. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent IT skills and the ability to manage deadlines efficiently within a busy school environment.
The school is looking for someone proactive, reliable and able to communicate effectively with both teaching and support staff. Experience using school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom would be highly advantageous.
