Systems & Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous, highly confidential, and legally compliant digital safeguarding records via specialized tracking systems, ensuring all disclosures, chronology mapping, and intervention actions are logged flawlessly.
Staff Training & Advisory: Plan and deliver robust safeguarding updates and induction training to all teaching and support staff, ensuring the entire workforce remains sharp on modern risk indicators, peer-on-peer abuse protocols, and radicalization awareness.
Vulnerable Cohort Monitoring: Track the academic progress, attendance profiles, and emotional wellbeing of looked-after children (LAC), young carers, and students on active care plans, conducting direct, supportive check-ins with families under pressure.
