1. High-Challenge Instruction: Planning and delivering rigorous Economics lessons across Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and Key Stage 5 (A-Level), ensuring all students achieve top-tier academic progress.

2. Analytical Reasoning: Training students to construct, deconstruct, and interpret complex supply and demand frameworks, game theory matrices, and monetary policy variables.

3. Advanced Evaluative Writing: Developing students' ability to produce sophisticated, evidence-backed essays that critically evaluate national and global fiscal decisions.

4. Data-Driven Intervention: Utilizing granular assessment tracking to identify learning gaps early, providing targeted, high-impact feedback ahead of terminal A-Level and GCSE examinations.

5. Form Tutor Duties: Leading a dedicated form group, acting as the primary point of academic, pastoral, and holistic support for a cohort of students.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for an ambitious subject specialist who is passionate about market mechanics and possesses the pedagogical skill to stretch analytically minded young people. Your profile should include:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong honours degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative social science discipline.

• Track Record of Progress: Proven experience or a clear capacity to secure excellent progress outcomes in terminal A-Level and GCSE examinations, with a thorough understanding of exam board specifications.
