A successful and diverse secondary school in Croydon is looking to appoint a professional and organised HR Officer to join its support staff team on a part-time permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment and is confident managing a range of HR responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for HR matters and support the smooth running of HR processes across the school.

The Role
Acting as the main point of contact for HR-related matters
Liaising with external HR advisors and school leaders
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
Assisting with HR administration and compliance
Providing professional support to staff across the school
Requirements
Applicants should have:
At least two years’ relevant HR or administrative experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
The ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
A professional and approachable manner
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary
£13,503 – £13,908 Actual Salary
