A well-established secondary school in Enfield is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Officer to join its finance team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong organisational and IT skills to contribute to a busy and supportive school environment.

Working closely with the Finance and Operations Manager, the successful candidate will support the school’s financial processes and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the finance function.

The Role

• Supporting day-to-day financial operations

• Preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records

• Processing transactions and monitoring budgets

• Assisting with finance administration and compliance

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Previous finance or accounts experience

• Strong IT and organisational skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Knowledge of school or public sector finance (preferred)

Salary

£36,660 – £38,737 Actual Salary (SO2)
