Business Manager - Permanent | Croydon Region
A successful and growing multi-academy trust is looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Central Business Manager to support a group of schools across the Croydon region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified school business professional to join a collaborative central team and play a key role in supporting the operational, financial, HR, and estates functions across multiple school sites.
Working closely with school leaders, finance staff, and the wider central operations team, the successful candidate will help ensure schools are running effectively, efficiently, and in line with trust-wide standards and procedures.

The Role
Supporting the operational management of a group of schools
Working across HR, estates, compliance, finance, and business functions
Advising school leaders on day-to-day operational matters
Liaising with contractors, external providers, and trust teams
Supporting efficient and compliant school operations across sites
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Previous school business management experience within the education sector
Strong knowledge of HR, estates, and operational management in schools
Excellent organisational and communication skills
The ability to work independently and across multiple sites
A relevant Business Management qualification (preferred)

Salary
£46,966 – £56,375 (Outer London)
