Statutory Assessment Preparation: Preparing students effectively for statutory primary checkpoints and national assessments, utilizing regular data-driven monitoring to target learning gaps early.
Holistic Pastoral Care: Providing strong, consistent pastoral support, establishing a nurturing yet disciplined classroom environment where children feel safe, respected, and highly motivated.
Parental & Multi-Agency Liaison: Maintaining clear, proactive, and professional communication with parents, guardians, and external educational specialists to support individual student development.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background, with previous experience or dedicated training within a Key Stage 2 primary environment.
Track Record of Progress: Proven experience or a clear capacity to secure excellent progress outcomes in reading, writing, and mathematics tracking metrics, with a thorough understanding of the national primary curriculum.
