This vital role focuses entirely on managing day-to-day transactional accounting processes for the academy. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, managing supplier queries, handling petty cash, tracking school trip payments, and assisting with monthly budget monitoring.

Requirements * Essential: You must have previous school experience handling transaction processing and bookkeeping within a UK educational finance department.

Strong working fluency in school finance software modules (such as FMS, Access Education, or SIMS Finance) and excellent Excel skills.
Key Details & Benefits * Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (Full-Year contract preferred, enhanced term-time considered).
