The school is seeking a practical, fast-moving individual who can confidently manage a busy print environment while maintaining accurate inventory records. This role offers an immediate daily rate with a clear prospect of transitioning to a permanent school contract for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete charge of the school print room, producing high-volume copies, booklets, tests, and homework sheets.

• Bind, laminate, staple, and trim documents to a professional standard.

• Maintain and clean equipment daily, proactively replacing consumables like toner, staple cartridges, and waste containers.

• Manage print requests sent via email or the school intranet, organizing the workflow to meet daily deadlines.

• Maintain an organized tracking system for all paper and print inventory to prevent supply shortages.

• Ensure school security protocols are strictly followed when handling internal assessments or confidential paperwork.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a print-production environment, corporate mailroom, or school resource room.

• Good administrative skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for monitoring supply inventory and costs.

• A methodical, structured approach to work, with a proven ability to meet short, rigid turnaround times.

• Excellent teamwork skills and a friendly, flexible approach to supporting colleagues.

• An enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service is highly advantageous for an immediate start.
