Facilities Manager | Leading Academy in Enfield
A leading secondary academy in Enfield is recruiting a proactive and highly responsible Facilities Manager for a permanent June start. Leading the site team, this position involves managing the physical campus, coordinating preventative maintenance schedules, overseeing external contractors, and ensuring total compliance with health and safety, COSHH, and fire safety regulations. We need a hands-on manager dedicated to keeping the site secure, safe, and operational.

Requirements * Essential: Direct previous experience in facilities management, premises coordination, or serving as a Head Caretaker within a UK school setting is a must.
Essential: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Strong working knowledge of health and safety legislation (IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are highly desirable).
Key Details & Benefits * Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full-Year contract / shift rotation flexibility needed).
Salary Range: £38,000 – £43,000 per annum (premium tier package for site management).
