Key Responsibilities:
Manage the frontline desk, serving as a primary point of coordination for pupils, parents, and staff throughout the day.
Answer the phone networks, route inquiries efficiently, and handle emergency communications when required.
Keep the reception area pristine, secure, and fully compliant with the school's strict visitor safeguarding guidelines.
Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory for central office stationery and administrative supplies.
Sort, distribute, and track incoming deliveries and parcels across school departments.
Requirements:
Solid practical experience in an administrative role, reception desk, or corporate front-of-house environment.
Clear, concise communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a warm and welcoming composure.
Exceptional time management and the discretion to handle sensitive personal information correctly.
