Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the main reception desk, ensuring a secure, orderly, and highly professional front-of-house area.
Process daily student attendance data, following up on unexplained absences with phone calls and emails to parents.
Liaise with teaching staff, senior leaders, and external agencies regarding daily school events and visitor schedules.
Create and distribute whole-school communications, including newsletters, email announcements, and text alerts.
Maintain accurate electronic student files, respecting all data protection guidelines (GDPR).
Requirements:
Proven front-of-house reception, administration, or customer-facing experience.
A confident, polite, and reassuring professional demeanor when handling challenging situations or queries.
Strong multitasking skills with an excellent eye for detail.
Comfortable utilizing databases and online communication portals.
