Key Responsibilities:

• Teach inspiring Mathematics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, adapting pedagogy to bring abstract concepts to life.

• Design interactive schemes of work that cater to a wide range of learning abilities and foster logical thinking.

• Monitor student performance using formative and summative assessment loops, ensuring clear tracking toward academic targets.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Department to share resources, implement best practices, and continuously elevate teaching standards.

• Maintain high standards of classroom management grounded in positive reinforcement and clear boundaries.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.

• An enthusiastic advocate for Mathematics with a creative edge to lesson planning.
