The Role

• Teaching Art & Design across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on experience

• Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across various media, including fine art, drawing, and printmaking

• Supporting practical Art lessons, encouraging creative expression alongside technical skill

• Assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback, and assisting with portfolio development

• Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development

• Working collaboratively within a supportive Art team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related subject

• Experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4

• Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice

• High expectations for pupil engagement, behaviour, and progress

• A professional, organised, and positive teaching approach
