The Role
You will teach Science across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach your specialism at KS5 for the right candidate. Lessons are expected to be engaging, challenging, and accessible, encouraging students to think critically, ask questions, and develop practical scientific skills alongside theoretical understanding.
The department has a strong culture of collaboration, with teachers regularly sharing ideas, resources, and best practice. There is also the opportunity to contribute to enrichment activities such as STEM clubs, Science Week, competitions, intervention programmes, and educational visits.

The Ideal Candidate

Hold QTS and a relevant Science degree
Can teach Science across KS3 and KS4
