A well-regarded secondary school in Oldham is recruiting a meticulous and highly organized HR & Finance Administrator. This unique role sits at the intersection of two critical operational departments, supporting both teams during the school's busiest times of the fiscal and academic calendar. Responsibilities include assisting with staff onboarding, compliance vetting, maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR), processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and handling general financial administration.

Requirements * Essential: Direct previous experience working within an administrative, HR, or finance capacity specifically in a UK school setting is a must.
Essential: High proficiency in school MIS systems (such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom) and finance software.
Essential: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Key Details & Benefits * Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Contract Structure: Full-year contract (working over school holiday periods with a generous annual leave allowance).
Salary Range: £24,500 – £28,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
