A successful and growing mixed secondary school in Enfield is seeking an ambitious and visionary Head of Music to lead their vibrant Creative Arts department for a one-year maternity cover. This leadership position involves managing a dedicated team, overseeing the curriculum across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, and driving high academic standards. Requirements * Essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience teaching the UK Music curriculum up to Key Stage 5.
Essential: A proven track record of departmental leadership or a strong readiness to step into a middle-management capacity.
Essential: Prior secondary school teaching experience within the UK and the legal right to work in the UK are mandatory.
Key Details & Benefits * Contract: Full-time, 1-Year Fixed-Term.
Salary: M1 – UPS3 + Competitive TLR (Outer London Scale).
