The Successful Candidate We are looking for a subject authority who is passionate about cultivating a culture of evidence-based thinking and intellectual curiosity. Requirements include:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognized equivalent, alongside a strong honours degree in Physics, Engineering, or a highly quantitative discipline.

• Proven Track Record: Evidence of delivering exceptional learning outcomes at GCSE and A-Level, with a sophisticated understanding of terminal examination requirements.

• Instructional Precision: The ability to explain abstract physical concepts with clarity, mathematical rigour, and flair, fostering a deep engagement with the subject.
