HR & Compliance Lead - Birmingham
A highly successful primary academy in Birmingham is recruiting for an HR & Compliance Lead. This position is responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including the surgical maintenance of the Single Central Record (SCR), staff recruitment, and onboarding. The role is essential for maintaining the school’s safeguarding standards and supporting a positive, professional workplace culture.

Requirements
Essential: Previous experience working within an HR or compliance role in a school setting is a must.
CIPD qualification (or working towards) with a deep understanding of school-specific safeguarding.
Essential: You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
Key Details & Benefits
Contract: Full-time, Permanent.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Term-time plus 2 weeks preferred, though 52-week contracts are available).
Salary: £36,000 – £44,000 per annum.
