Conceptual Clarity: Demystifying complex theories—from the mechanics of the human heart to the intricacies of chemical bonding and the laws of thermodynamics.
Data-Driven Success: Utilising the school’s sophisticated assessment framework to identify and bridge learning gaps, ensuring all students exceed their academic targets.
STEM Advocacy: Leading extra-curricular initiatives, such as eco-clubs or engineering challenges, that inspire students to pursue science beyond the classroom.
The Successful Candidate We are looking for a subject specialist who is passionate about cultivating the next generation of scientists and thinkers. Requirements include:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong honours degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related Science discipline.
Proven Track Record: Evidence of delivering exceptional learning outcomes at GCSE, with a deep understanding of AQA or Edexcel assessment objectives.
