A high-attaining Independent school in East Sussex is seeking a dedicated practitioner for a hybrid role starting September 2026. This position can be taken as a part-time Teacher of Maths (Maternity Cover) or, for the right candidate, merged with the Head of Science role to complete a full-time timetable. This role is designed for a practitioner who thrives on the academic rigour of a traditional prep school curriculum.

Requirements

• Essential: Previous school-based experience in both Mathematics and Science.

• Essential: Hold QTS or a PGCE in Secondary Education.
