A leading academy in Solihull is seeking a proactive Welfare Lead. We offer full-time or part-time hours for the right candidate (typically 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:00). This role starts ASAP and is ideal for a practitioner who enjoys building strong relationships with families.

The leadership team champions professional trust and a culture of humanity, ensuring the welfare team is treated as an essential pillar of the school’s success.

Requirements * Essential: Proven experience in a safeguarding or welfare-focused role within a UK school setting.

  • A compassionate yet firm approach to communication with a deep understanding of KCSIE.

  • Essential: Must possess the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship).

Salary and Benefits Salary Range: £28,500 – £34,000 (Actual salary depends on hours). Access to a technology-rich workspace and on-site fitness facilities.
