The Role:
The Behaviour Mentor will work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, supporting wellbeing, and helping students overcome barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students
• Implement behaviour strategies and interventions
• Monitor and track student behaviour and progress
• Work closely with pastoral staff, SEN teams, and external agencies
• Support students in developing social and emotional skills
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment

Requirements:
• Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting
• Strong behaviour management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students
• Understanding of safeguarding and pastoral support
• Resilient, patient, and proactive approach
