Responsibilities
Teach Product Design and D&T across KS3 and KS4, focusing on both traditional craftsmanship and modern CAD/CAM techniques.
Oversee the safe and rigorous operation of the school workshop, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving through challenging practical projects.
Build student confidence in technical execution through inclusive and masterclass-style lessons.
Support the department in maintaining high-spec equipment and material inventories.
Requirements
Degree in Design & Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
PGCE or QTS.
Proficiency in workshop machinery and design software.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits
Full-time, temporary contract (Immediate start).
M1 – UPS3 Salary Range + School Allowance.
