IT Support Technician | Southampton | Secondary School

We are working with a secondary school in Southampton seeking a technically proficient IT Support Technician for an ASAP start. This is a full-time, permanent position within a flourishing IT department.

The Role

  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for both staff and students with total precision.

  • Infrastructure: Assist in the maintenance of school servers and classroom AV equipment to ensure a technology-rich learning environment.

  • Cybersecurity: Help implement digital safety protocols to keep the school a safe and secure environment for all users.

  • Efficiency: Provide rapid technical support to ensure zero learning time is lost during lessons.
