We are seeking an experienced and strategic School Business Manager to join an Outstanding independent secondary school in Cheltenham. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing the operational and financial functions of the school.
The successful candidate will manage finance, HR, administration and site operations, ensuring the school runs efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to support strategic planning and school development.
This role requires strong leadership, financial expertise and excellent organisational skills.
