We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Attendance Officer to join an Outstanding independent secondary school in Windsor. This is a vital role supporting student engagement and ensuring high levels of attendance across the school.
The successful candidate will monitor attendance data, identify patterns and work closely with pastoral teams to support students and families. You will play a key role in improving attendance outcomes and promoting a culture of punctuality and responsibility.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication and the ability to manage sensitive information.
