We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join an Outstanding secondary school in Hackney. This is a rewarding role supporting students with behavioural and emotional needs.

The successful candidate will provide mentoring, support behaviour strategies and help students engage in learning.

This role requires resilience, patience and strong interpersonal skills.

School Information:
This is an 11 to 18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted Rated School in Hackney with a strong commitment to high standards and inclusion. The school serves a diverse community and provides excellent pastoral support.

Students are supported to succeed and develop positively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mentoring support
• Implement behaviour strategies
• Monitor progress
• Work with staff and parents
• Support engagement
• Promote positive behaviour
