We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join a vibrant administrative team in Wolverhampton. Core Responsibilities
Admissions Journey Management: Coordinating the end-to-end application process for New Starters (Year 7), In-Year Transfers, and Sixth Form applicants.
Database Accuracy: Maintaining and updating student records on School Management Systems such as Arbor, SIMS, or Bromcom, ensuring all data is compliant with the School Admissions Code and GDPR.
Parental Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for admissions enquiries, providing clear and empathetic guidance on catchment areas, oversubscription criteria, and the appeals process.
Transition Coordination: Working closely with local primary schools to facilitate "Transition Days," ensuring that student files and safeguarding information are transferred securely and efficiently.
Marketing & Events: Assisting in the organization and promotion of Open Evenings and Tours, helping to showcase the school's facilities and values to the local community.
Reporting & Analysis: Producing regular reports for the Senior Leadership Team on application trends, predicted numbers, and student demographics to assist in school-wide planning.
