Inclusion & Engagement: Implementing creative strategies to engage all learners, ensuring that PE is an inclusive space that promotes mental well-being alongside physical fitness.

A Culture of Vitality: Join a faculty where PE is seen as essential to the school’s "whole child" approach, with strong support from senior leadership for competitive sports and healthy-school initiatives.
Professional Growth: Access to specialist CPD in Level 3 Coaching Awards, Elite Performance Analysis, and pathways toward Head of PE or Director of Sport.
