School Business Manager role in Sheffield (Outstanding Ofsted)

We are working with a school who are recruiting for a seasoned School Business Manager to take the operational reins of a leading secondary academy in Sheffield. Starting in September 2026, this is a full-time, permanent appointment for a leader who excels in high-stakes environment.

The Role You will be the backbone of the school’s non-teaching functions, overseeing a multi-million-pound budget, HR, and site operations with total precision. We aren’t just looking for a number-cruncher; we need a strategic thinker with a pioneering spirit who can ensure our resources directly impact student outcomes. You’ll lead a dedicated support team, ensuring compliance and health and safety standards are met while maintaining a scholarly, well-ordered environment.
