About the Role:

• Oversee the maintenance, security, and cleanliness of all school buildings and grounds

• Act as the lead for Health and Safety compliance and statutory testing

• Manage capital works, refurbishments, and contractor relationships

• Lead and develop the site team, including maintenance, grounds, and cleaning staff

• Manage the facilities budget effectively to ensure value for money

• Coordinate logistics for school events, exhibitions, and external lettings

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have proven experience in Facilities or Estate Management, ideally in education

• Hold relevant qualifications such as IWFM, NEBOSH, or IOSH

• Possess strong technical knowledge of building systems and compliance

• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Be committed to the safeguarding and welfare of students and the school community
