Behaviour Mentor – Outstanding Secondary School – Tower Hamlets

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join an Outstanding secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a rewarding role supporting students with behavioural and emotional needs.

The successful candidate will provide mentoring, implement behaviour strategies and support student engagement. You will work closely with staff and families to improve outcomes.

This role requires resilience, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to student success.
