Enterprise Leadership: Fostering an entrepreneurial spirit through the coordination of "Dragon's Den" style competitions, Young Enterprise schemes, and local business partnerships.
Financial Literacy: Equipping students with essential real-world skills, including balance sheet analysis, cash flow forecasting, and an understanding of global fiscal policy.
Curriculum Innovation: Developing case studies that reflect the unique economic landscape of East London, utilizing the school’s proximity to the City of London for site visits and guest speaker events.
Exam Mastery: Guiding cohorts through Pearson Edexcel or AQA specifications, using high-level modelling of 9-mark and 12-mark evaluative questions to secure top grades.
Vocational Support: Providing expert guidance for BTEC Level 2 and 3 learners, ensuring coursework meets rigorous internal and external moderation standards.

Candidate Profile
