Lead and manage the Music department, inspiring both staff and students
Develop and deliver an engaging, high-quality music curriculum across key stages
Support and encourage student performance, composition, and music theory development
Plan and oversee concerts, productions, competitions, and extracurricular activities
Monitor and assess student progress, providing guidance and constructive feedback
Manage departmental resources, budgets, and facilities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge in Music and leadership experience
Have excellent organisational, communication, and team management skills
Be passionate about inspiring creativity, performance, and musical excellence
Demonstrate the ability to lead a department, develop staff, and contribute to school strategy
