We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join an Outstanding secondary school in Lewisham. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning.

The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support, providing mentoring, guidance and structured interventions. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, improving engagement and supporting student wellbeing.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, patience and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and families.
