Core Responsibilities
General Administration: Providing comprehensive clerical support, including word processing, photocopying, filing, and managing the school’s internal and external post.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate student and staff records on the school’s Management Information System (SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom), ensuring all data is handled in strict accordance with GDPR.
Financial Assistance: Supporting the School Business Manager with basic financial tasks, such as processing orders, checking deliveries, and managing small-scale petty cash transactions.
Event Coordination: Assisting in the organization of school events, parents' evenings, and open days—from preparing digital invitations to coordinating logistical requirements.
Communication Support: Drafting professional correspondence to parents and external agencies, and managing the school’s central telephone system during peak periods.
